Terms and Conditions

• No Dogs allowed at Mobberley Miniatures.

• No Smoking allowed.

• Please supervise your children at all times.

•  For Parties at your home/venue, a venue assessment will take place,  so that we can ensure the venue firstly allows our ponies on and secondly it is safe for our ponies to attend.

• Safety is the most important thing for all of us. Parents/guardians MUST be responsible for their children at all times.

• Our miniature ponies are friendly and very good with children and adults, but please be aware they are still live animals and very sudden movements/noises can scare the ponies. 

• Silly behaviour which may frighten or upset the ponies will not be tolerated. 

• Children must wear suitable footwear - for example a closed toe boot or wellies.

• We provide riding hats. 

• We strongly advise to wear trousers/leggings. 

• Our ponies must have a clear and suitable environment when attending the party.

• When booking a party you will be required to pay a deposit, we will hold the date for 48 hours once a deposit invoice has been sent. If we do not receive a deposit, your date will be released. 

• Payment for the party MUST be made 24 hours the day of the party.

• Please state exact numbers of children taking part (if possible) for parties. This is very important for the welfare of our ponies. 

• Prices are for parties local to Mobberley and surrounding areas. We can travel, but please get in touch to check first.
